3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One person per account
• You must be 13 or older

4. Pricing & Payment

Free Plan: 5 scans per month, basic features.

Pro Plan: $29/month for unlimited scans and AI features.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Contact us at magarsammy7@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
• Exceed rate limits or overload our systems
• Share your account with others

7. AI-Generated Content

AI fix suggestions are provided for guidance only. We do not guarantee they will resolve all issues. Test thoroughly before applying to production sites.

8. Marketplace

Freelancer listings in our marketplace are third-party services. We are not responsible for their work quality. Hire at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebPulse AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including data loss or website downtime.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
